This incredible antique apothecary is completely original. Larger scale than most apothecaries with 54 drawers, this piece features beautiful browns and taupes with a tiny bit of black detail in the Chinese letters. Apothecaries, including this one, was originally used as storage for medicinal herbs which were placed in the drawer with the corresponding letter from which the herb was named. Beauty and character coexist in this unique piece!
