We can give you additional information and answer any questions you might have about a specific piece. With your zip code we would be happy to obtain a shipping quote direct to your location. Once you are ready to purchase we can take care of the payment arrangements. Circa Home accepts Visa/Mastercard, American Express and Discover. A cashiers check or money order is accepted as well. Personal checks will be accepted but will be held until it clears our bank. Each purchase and the total shipping amount must be paid in full prior to shipping.
After payment is made, your chosen piece will be professionally wrapped and packaged in preparation for shipment. We take extra time and trouble to make sure that every drawer is secure and every inch has been double wrapped. All packaging costs are included in the purchase price and you will only pay extra for the actual shipping. We hand inspect each and every piece and do everything possible to make sure that your purchase arrives exactly as it left our warehouse.
We want you to enjoy your purchase and be 100% satisfied with it. Circa Home Furniture will accept a return with the following conditions:
- You must contact Circa Home Furniture within 5 days of receiving your purchase.
- The return must be authorized by Circa Home and must accompany an RMA number.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited back to your account. No exceptions.
- If merchandise is damaged in shipping you must save all original packaging materials and call Circa within 3 days of receiving the shipment. If a shipment arrives with visible damage to the outer carton, customer must make a note on shipping documents when signing for shipment and must keep a copy of this document. All other damage must be reported to Circa within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
